If you want to develop in a specialist role, we’ll give you all
the support you need to succeed. When these posts become available,
we advertise them and officers are all free to apply. Successful
applicants are then placed in the transfer pool for a particular
post.
You’ll also enjoy opportunities to progress through the rank
system. After you complete your probationary period, you’ll be
required to pass the Police Diploma, and thereafter be considered
for an assessment centre.
